Manages end-to-end supply chain, materials, procurement, production, inventory, capacity, and distribution planning. Develops plans based on demand and capacity, optimizes material flow and production schedules, monitors supply chain metrics, performs constraint and what-if analyses, and supports planning-system improvements. Leads supply chain projects, promotes best practices, trains stakeholders, and partners cross-functionally to improve service, inventory, capacity utilization, and operational efficiency.

Leads 3M’s on-site operations at contract manufacturing facilities in China. Oversees factory execution, product launches, manufacturing readiness, quality, supply continuity, risk management, supplier partnerships, compliance, and intellectual property protection. Leads cross-functional teams spanning operations, engineering, quality, supply chain, and program management while serving as the primary escalation point for operational and strategic issues.

As an Application Engineer, you will drive growth through customer collaboration, develop new applications, provide product recommendations, and lead trials in the Industrial Adhesives and Tapes Division.
