Lead controllership for 3M Philippines entities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, internal controls, audit management, month/quarter/year-end close, process improvements, and cross-functional partnership with BPO and business stakeholders.

As an Application Engineer, you will drive growth through customer collaboration, develop new applications, provide product recommendations, and lead trials in the Industrial Adhesives and Tapes Division.

Operate and set up production line equipment to meet quality and quantity targets; perform changeovers, labeling, packaging, preventive maintenance, waste disposal, material replenishment, and daily housekeeping. Work 12-hour rotating shifts in chemical/cleanroom environments and follow safety and operating procedures.
