Translate priorities into plans, milestones, owners, dependencies, and outcomes; establish operating rhythms; track OKRs, KPIs, risks, and blockers; document decisions and follow up on commitments. Improve workflows and communication in a distributed startup environment while providing leadership with clear status, risks, trade-offs, and performance visibility. Requires fluent Mandarin Chinese and English communication.

Owns full-cycle accounting for multiple international entities, including close, financial statements, reconciliations, cash flow, treasury, tax, statutory filings, payroll, audits, and internal controls. Supports budgeting, forecasting, investor reporting, fundraising, and due diligence while partnering with company leaders. The role also improves finance operations through automation and AI tools.

Own strategy, roadmap, and execution for enterprise AI infrastructure products spanning compute, storage, APIs, networking, security, observability, billing, and usage management. Partner with customers, business development, engineering, and go-to-market teams to translate needs into scalable products, prioritize investments, define metrics, support commercialization, and drive offerings from discovery through launch, adoption, and iteration.
