Improve workflows and communication in a distributed startup environment while providing leadership with clear status, risks, trade-offs, and performance visibility. Requires fluent Mandarin Chinese and English communication.

Build and run growth experiments across acquisition, landing pages, workflows, onboarding, and product-led growth. Create scalable systems for lead capture, enrichment, qualification, scoring, follow-up, and marketing-to-sales-to-customer-success handoffs. Integrate CRM, automation, analytics, APIs, and webhooks; measure funnel performance and lead quality; troubleshoot systems; and convert successful experiments into repeatable growth processes.

Owns full-cycle accounting for multiple international entities, including close, financial statements, reconciliations, cash flow, treasury, tax, statutory filings, payroll, audits, and internal controls. Supports budgeting, forecasting, investor reporting, fundraising, and due diligence while partnering with company leaders. The role also improves finance operations through automation and AI tools.
