Drive cross-functional projects across business, product, and engineering teams from planning through completion. Translate priorities into plans, milestones, owners, dependencies, and outcomes; establish operating rhythms; track OKRs, KPIs, risks, and blockers; document decisions and follow up on commitments. Improve workflows and communication in a distributed startup environment while providing leadership with clear status, risks, trade-offs, and performance visibility. Requires fluent Mandarin Chinese and English communication.

Owns full-cycle accounting for multiple international entities, including close, financial statements, reconciliations, cash flow, treasury, tax, statutory filings, payroll, audits, and internal controls. Supports budgeting, forecasting, investor reporting, fundraising, and due diligence while partnering with company leaders. The role also improves finance operations through automation and AI tools.

Work directly with the CEO and CFO to translate executive priorities into execution: lead strategic initiatives, run executive operating rhythms (meetings, OKRs), synthesize decision-ready materials, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, support finance with analysis and board/investor materials, and represent leadership in confidential matters.
