As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will engage with customers to ensure successful use of Grafana Labs technology, deliver technical presentations, work with sales to close complex opportunities, and provide feedback for product improvements. You will leverage your technical skills and experience in pre-sales to articulate Grafana's value to a diverse customer base.

The Major Account Executive will prospect and close new business in the ASEAN region, manage forecasts, nurture customer relationships, and articulate the value of Grafana products through a consultative sales approach.

The Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for growing existing accounts across the ASEAN region, identifying and closing opportunities, managing forecasts, and cultivating customer relationships. This role requires a consultative sales approach, excellent communication skills, and expertise in managing sales pipelines primarily using Salesforce.
