Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to design and execute sourcing strategies, build and maintain candidate pipelines across technical and non-technical roles, conduct boolean/X-ray and social media searches, gather market intelligence, and collaborate with the sourcing team to improve hiring infrastructure and brand presence in fintech/crypto.

Lead development and execution of Kraken's APAC policy and government relations strategy. Engage regulators and policymakers (starting with Singapore), monitor and analyze regional legislative developments, represent Kraken with trade associations, advise internal teams (regulatory, compliance, product, engineering, communications), and support external advocacy and consultation responses.
