The Associate Customer Success Manager-Japanese Speaking will work with a large group of HubSpot customers in Japan to ensure their success on the HubSpot tools. Responsibilities include becoming an expert in Inbound sales and marketing, providing world-class service, managing task execution, coaching customers on HubSpot products, and collaborating with global stakeholders to drive tool usage and retention.

Provide customer support to HubSpot customers in English and Japanese, assist with software issues, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience.

As a Corporate Account Executive at HubSpot, you will engage with Commercial/Enterprise accounts in the North Asia market, using consultative selling skills to drive business growth and close sales. Responsibilities include managing leads, guiding prospects, closing deals, and collaborating with internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of sales experience in SaaS, CRM tools proficiency, and a track record of high performance.
