Lead and scale a regional APAC Customer Success team to drive retention, renewals, and expansion. Develop regional strategy, mentor CSMs, improve processes and tooling, track adoption and health scores, liaise with Sales, TAM, and Product, and maintain hands-on engagement with key enterprise accounts as escalation support.
