The Senior Legal Counsel will lead legal services for the APAC region, partnering with management to address business risks and needs, negotiating commercial agreements, providing advice on compliance, and implementing legal frameworks for new business opportunities.

The Executive Assistant will manage the schedule and communications of the VP of APAC & Growth Markets, organize regional meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, maintain filing systems, and oversee minor accounting duties. This role requires strong organizational skills and ability to work autonomously.
