Lead launch and growth of Netflixads in Southeast Asia (Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia). Build GTM strategy, pipeline, and scalable sales processes; manage and mentor the SEA ad sales team; cultivate agency and client relationships; partner with programmatic, product, marketing, content, and measurement teams to deliver and optimize ad campaigns and revenue targets; monitor market trends and identify innovation opportunities.

Lead APAC go-to-market and commercial activation for Ads Product and Content. Translate global strategy into regional plans, coordinate cross-functional launches, enable sales, and track performance. Build and lead a regional Product Marketing team, drive best-practice sharing, and deliver measurable commercial impact through operational excellence and stakeholder alignment.

Lead APAC content policy and online safety strategy, advise cross-functional teams on sensitive content and regulation, translate policy into product guidance, engage regulators and stakeholders, and develop frameworks protecting kids, families, and creative expression across Netflix’s content and product experiences.

Provide legal support for Netflix's advertising, consumer products, and marketing/brand partnerships across SEA. Draft, negotiate, and execute B2B commercial agreements; advise on advertising regulations and IP usage; partner with regional and global teams to localize templates and policies; and improve contracting processes to enable efficient deal-making.
