Develop and execute territory plans to meet sales metrics, present Neo4j solutions, manage complex sales strategies, and guide business development efforts in the financial services sector.

The SDR will drive pipeline growth by qualifying inbound leads, conducting discovery calls, and partnering with Account Executives to create sales opportunities. Responsibilities include rapid follow-up, maintaining speed-to-lead performance, and providing insights to support account strategy.

Lead technical pre-sales engagements to discover customer needs, map solutions, deliver demos and PoVs, drive value-based selling, collaborate with hyperscaler and ISV partners, enable partners, and support handoff to services while contributing to community and thought leadership.
