Manage full-cycle recruitment across APAC, Japan, and Greater China, partnering with leaders on hiring needs, sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, pipelines, offers, recruiting analytics, and candidate experience. The role handles 15–20 concurrent permanent, freelance, and contractor requisitions across client services, strategy, PMO, creative, and medical strategy functions.

Develops strategically grounded visual concepts and integrated campaign systems for healthcare and pharmaceutical brands. Creates layouts, storyboards, social assets, digital experiences, and presentations across digital and traditional channels. Collaborates with Copy, Strategy, Medical, Regulatory, and Client Services teams, presents concepts to clients, incorporates feedback, and maintains creative quality across concurrent projects and regulated approval processes.

Leads copy and conceptual development for integrated healthcare and pharmaceutical campaigns across digital, social, CRM, print, and presentation channels. Partners with art direction, strategy, medical, regulatory, and client services teams to ensure creative work is strategically effective, medically accurate, and compliant. Presents concepts to clients and senior stakeholders, mentors copywriters, reviews work across projects, and contributes to pitches and account growth.
