The HR Business Partner is responsible for managing HR functions including recruitment, training, employee relations, and performance management while ensuring compliance with regulations and fostering employee engagement.

Oversee aftersales services, manage client repairs, evaluate demand, ensure communication between departments, maintain databases, and drive KPIs. Lead projects and support teams.

Manage accounts receivable, perform reconciliations, support monthly closing and audits, and maintain accurate records.
