Lead and deliver timely, compliant payroll across eight APAC jurisdictions. Manage vendor relationships, resolve escalations, maintain payroll controls, produce finance postings, support reconciliations and audits, provide payroll analytics, and partner with HR, Reward, and Finance on process alignment and improvements.

Provide regional legal advice and risk management support; draft, review and negotiate commercial and outsourcing agreements; manage external counsel; collaborate with internal stakeholders and global Legal team on group initiatives.

Manage and deepen relationships with wholesale clients across APAC, oversee onboarding and lifecycle events, resolve operational queries, coordinate with internal teams and third-party suppliers, maintain client records/reporting, ensure regulatory and AML compliance, and drive service improvements and digitization.
