The HRBP Senior Manager at Ferring Pharmaceuticals will support the SEA cluster leadership team and Country General Managers on HR matters, translate business objectives into HR programs, design and implement HR policies, manage workforce planning and HR budget, advise and support cluster management in HR & organizational matters, oversee recruitment policies, ensure compliance to local labor laws, support the development of budgets and business plans, supervise local HR tasks, and inform management about HR initiatives.
