Lead the design and launch of monday.com's distribution GTM in Southeast Asia. Recruit, onboard, and manage Distributors and their Tier 2 resellers, drive distributor-sourced pipeline and ARR, build scalable enablement and GTM assets, run partner engagement and governance rhythms, and manage Distributor DMR businesses. Role is Singapore-based with regular regional travel.

Lead and execute regional partner strategy across Asia (ex-Japan), drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue, define partner mix and coverage, build strategic alliances, represent channel in regional leadership, and hire, coach, and scale a high-performing Partner Manager team.
