Lead product strategy and development for Wise Consumer and Business products across APAC. Define localized product experiences, long-term growth strategies, and roadmaps for mature markets. Manage a team of 4+ Product Managers, drive product-led growth through experimentation and aggressive targets, and collaborate across marketing, sales, and operations. The role requires strong product judgment, analytical and technical fluency, fintech expertise, and the ability to operate as both a hands-on contributor and player-coach.

Own product analytics for 2–3 APAC markets, deriving funnel and customer insights to guide growth decisions. Set and monitor regional KPIs, measure feature impact on conversion and engagement, identify growth opportunities, support product discovery, influence the roadmap, and mentor junior analysts. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers, researchers, and other analysts in a data-driven environment.
