The Payment Operations Implementation Lead will drive the scaling of global payment operations, manage partner integrations, and mentor a high-performing team of Product Specialists.

The role involves managing operational responsibilities, meeting performance metrics, resolving issues, supporting stakeholders, and driving process improvements while ensuring high-quality service and support to customers.

Lead discovery, analysis, and improvement initiatives in servicing operations. Identify operational issues, design end-to-end solutions, run mid-complexity projects, maintain playbooks, perform metric deep-dives, and partner with Product, Compliance, and Ops to reduce customer friction and operational waste using data insights.
