Leads Datadog’s APJ Technical Enablement Management team, developing managers, driving customer training adoption, and strengthening Sales and Customer Success partnerships. Owns enablement strategy, demand generation, intake and capacity planning, quality standards, KPI reporting, and program ROI. Coaches team members, supports recruiting, promotes responsible AI adoption, and collaborates with technical, product, engineering, sales, and customer success leaders to improve scalable enablement delivery. Requires technical proficiency, people-management experience, and up to 25% regional travel.
