Advance Wise’s government relations and public policy objectives across Southeast Asia, particularly India and key APAC markets. Develop and implement policy strategies, advocate with governments, regulators, and trade associations, support leadership in external meetings, and collaborate with product, banking, compliance, legal, and public relations teams. The role requires frequent regional travel, strong financial-services and payments knowledge, persuasive communication, political and regulatory networks, and independent execution.

Lead Wise’s APAC CRM strategy and execution across email, push, and in-app channels. Manage customer lifecycle communications, segmentation, campaign planning, localization, deliverability, database health, compliance, reporting, and A/B testing. Collaborate with Product, Marketing Technology, Creative, Engineering, Analytics, UX Research, and Product Marketing teams. Analyze campaign performance and optimize communications to improve customer engagement, retention, conversion, product adoption, and loyalty.

Manage and scale regional programmatic display, video and CTV campaigns across Asia. Own performance, run A/B tests, produce reporting dashboards, optimise creatives with the Creative team, leverage automation, collaborate with analysts and other channels to improve campaign efficiency and growth.
