Drive Cordial adoption, onboarding, optimization, governance, enablement, troubleshooting, and business value realization. Partner with regional and global marketing, CRM, digital, analytics, and technology teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions. Build local platform expertise and operational independence while aligning markets with global standards, best practices, compliance requirements, and customer engagement strategies.
