Own performance strategy and campaign optimization for selected APAC customers while managing billing and collections workflows. Coordinate with Finance, Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, Commercial, and Accounts Receivable teams to resolve invoice discrepancies, monitor payments, support credit checks, and reconcile accounts. Serve as a client and internal point of contact, improve billing processes, standardize workflows, and identify automation opportunities using data and AI.
