Lead and negotiate complex commercial, channel, and procurement agreements across India and South East Asia; advise internal stakeholders on regulatory, privacy, security, and AI-related risks; coach sales on negotiation strategies; improve contract templates and playbooks; mentor the Commercial Legal team and collaborate closely with Sales, Deal Desk, Procurement, and regional leadership.
