Lead APAC Employee Relations, manage and coach ER Advisors, own complex ER cases end-to-end, advise leaders on employment law, analyse ER trends, recommend policy and process improvements, collaborate on regional and global ER strategy to drive inclusive, compliant outcomes.

Lead end-to-end employee relations (ER) across APAC, advise on complex conduct, capability, absence and grievance cases, analyze ER data to inform policy and SLT, keep policies compliant with local employment law, partner on cross-geography cases and projects, deliver training, and support People Partners and leaders with advisory and project work.
