Coordinate interview logistics across video, phone, and in-person formats while delivering an excellent candidate experience. Maintain accurate ATS records, scheduling tools, dashboards, and candidate trackers. Communicate with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers; handle confidential information; support recruiting operations projects; identify process improvements; and collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment.

Supports employee lifecycle processes across the APJC region, including onboarding, transfers, organizational changes, and offboarding. Maintains accurate HR data, manages transactions, escalates exceptions, and collaborates with regional stakeholders. Identifies opportunities to automate repetitive workflows using AI tools, tests solutions, analyzes operational data, and recommends improvements. Standardizes SOPs, knowledge resources, templates, and onboarding checklists while developing employee self-service materials and communications.
