The Workforce Development Specialist manages site learning initiatives, conducts needs analysis, develops training resources, and mentors team members to enhance operational excellence and employee growth.

Analyze workforce skill gaps and design, develop, deliver, and evaluate technical learning programs. Create instructional materials, facilitate training for diverse audiences, strengthen AI capabilities, measure training effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with global workforce development partners, subject matter experts, and external organizations while applying AI and automation to improve operational efficiency.

Lead site learning and development by implementing training plans, conducting needs analyses, designing OJT and onboarding, mentoring employees, managing training data and reports using digital/AI tools, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving change management and continuous improvement to enhance operational capability.

Serves as a strategic HR advisor to senior and executive leaders, implementing enterprise people programs and advising on talent, organizational effectiveness, engagement, performance, workforce planning, succession, and leadership development. Uses workforce analytics to support decisions, creates executive presentations, partners with HR centers of excellence, and leads change management and transformation initiatives across large business groups.
