Builds and supervises the IT internal audit team, coordinates internal and external audit partners, and collaborates with stakeholders across regions. The role focuses on cloud-platform controls, technology risk, governance, assurance frameworks, and improving internal audit methodologies in a regulated fintech environment.

Support APAC safeguarding control framework across payments, e-money and investment business. Coordinate policies, attestations, first-line assurance, risk and controls matrix, MAS regulatory reporting, reconciliations escalations, incident linkage to control failures, and annual audit coordination. Work with controllers, product and engineering teams to ensure new product launches comply with safeguarding requirements and document controls within internal risk management software.
