Oversee greenfield fab design and construction, ensure standards, compliance, cost and schedule control, and drive innovation, reliability, and sustainability. Coach and develop staff, coordinate with global stakeholders, and support global initiatives, capacity planning, and operations sustaining activities.

Develop analytics, operations-research and machine-learning solutions and web applications to improve semiconductor manufacturing efficiency and scheduling. Manage requirements, stakeholders, and delivery; collaborate across teams; integrate AI-assisted tools; and support continuous improvement in capacity, cycle-time, and scheduling optimization.

Support and optimize site inventory and production scheduling using data analytics. Develop Python/SQL programs, create visual reports, collaborate across engineering teams, and apply AI-assisted tools to improve line inventory performance and scheduling logic.

Lead shift-level process development and operations for TD manufacturing, ensuring process stability, yield protection, and quality. Coordinate priorities with 1st shift, HVM Ops, and cross-functional teams; troubleshoot complex process and equipment issues using data-driven analysis; manage and develop engineers and technicians; drive continuous improvement, capacity planning, and control of chronic tool/process issues.

Lead a global multi-discipline facilities engineering team for Electrical and I&C across Micron manufacturing sites. Oversee design through operations for greenfield FAB projects and sustaining activities, drive global standardization, innovation, reliability, and sustainability. Manage project delivery, construction oversight, stakeholder collaboration, technical problem solving, KPI tracking, and team development. Frequent international travel to site projects (50-60%).

Plan and optimize semiconductor production equipment layouts using industrial engineering principles. Validate layouts onsite with Facilities and tool owners, maintain ramp-plan documentation, coordinate with Manufacturing and Engineering, and apply cleanroom design knowledge. Incorporate AI-assisted tools to improve planning and continuous improvement.

Lead process integration for next-generation 3D NAND: identify module deficiencies, develop and implement process solutions, coordinate R&D-to-manufacturing transfers, drive CSPEC criteria and experiments, and lead cross-functional reviews to improve yield, quality, and manufacturability.

Perform data-driven yield analysis and root-cause debugging across frontend, backend, and test for DRAM products. Conduct electrical characterization and failure analysis to localize defects, collaborate with process, test, and quality teams to implement manufacturing fixes, and apply automation and AI-assisted tools to improve yield and engineering efficiency across NPI to high-volume production.

The TSE Technician supports test solutions for HBM products by executing operational tasks, managing data, conducting experiments, and coordinating with engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure efficient probe evaluations.
