Design, execute, and analyze process experiments, investigate yield/quality issues, collaborate with cross-functional and global engineering teams, integrate AI-assisted tools to optimize fab processes, and drive continuous improvement.

Plan, supervise, and execute manufacturing tool installations and cleanroom utilities hookups. Coordinate contractors, review hookup drawings, manage schedules, budgets, and databases, perform root-cause analysis, lead continuous improvement, and ensure EHS compliance for tool-install and maintenance activities.

Lead automation projects to improve labor efficiency across manufacturing processes: identify opportunities, design solutions with vendors, manage implementation to production release, define and run tests, analyze results, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ROI, safety, and ramp-up success.

Lead development and testing of SSD firmware subsystems to meet performance, endurance, capacity, functionality, and reliability targets. Create unit and functional firmware tests, debug and resolve code issues, collaborate cross-functionally, provide technical updates to management, mentor engineers, and integrate AI-assisted tools to improve productivity and quality.

Plan, schedule, and implement new tool installations, relocations, and chamber retrofits. Develop and own equipment maintenance procedures and preventative schedules.
