Define and develop reliability stress tests and qualification plans for HBM products; drive DPM reduction, root-cause analysis (EFA/PFA), process conversions, risk management, cross-functional collaboration, and apply AI/ML tools to reliability datasets to improve test strategy and production yield.

Develop and optimize semiconductor assembly and packaging processes, characterize process windows, improve yield and reliability, and lead root-cause and failure-analysis investigations.
