As an Embedded Software Engineer at Formlabs, you will collaborate with various engineering teams to design and develop software for embedded systems. Responsibilities include providing technical leadership, writing reliable software, implementing best practices, delivering firmware updates, and participating in long-term technology planning.

Architect, prototype, build, and design hardware systems for 3D printers. Lead design, create innovative solutions. Strong portfolio in electro-mechanical systems. Experienced in thermal systems, optical systems, sensor design, controllers, structures, algorithms. Hands-on experience with full product development cycle. Strong communication skills and ability to work across disciplines.

The Electromechanical Test Engineer will focus on improving yields and efficiency of in-line test routines, troubleshoot and explain test functions, support new product development, work with EMS suppliers to define and implement manufacturing tests, monitor product/system tests on site, create and maintain test documentation, work to reduce test cycle times, support installation and bring up of test related hardware, write queries for manufacturing yield dashboards, assist in developing and updating test documents and standard operating procedures.
