In this role, you will serve as a technical resource for sales teams, delivering presentations and managing customer relationships throughout the sales process. You will provide ongoing technical support in partnership with the Customer Success Team, relay customer feedback to the Product Development Team, and advise on technical matters related to cybersecurity.
