Participate in an in-person business case challenge focused on operations, data analytics, and process improvement. Collaborate with other students to develop creative, actionable solutions to a business case, demonstrate analytical and communication skills, and gain exposure to corporate scenarios. Strong participants may receive priority consideration for the 2027 Corporate Analyst Development Program Summer Internship Assessment Center.

Designs and delivers data architecture solutions, creates secure production code, evaluates technologies, guides architecture governance, and applies AI-assisted practices to improve data frameworks, resiliency, and security.

Nine-week summer internship rotating across Analytics, Project Management, and Process Improvement. Work on data-driven projects, support stakeholders, identify process efficiencies, use modern tools (including AI), and develop skills for potential entry into a two-year full-time rotational program.

Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain scalable, resilient cloud-based data pipelines and microservices (primarily on AWS). Implement ETL/ELT, data lake/warehouse solutions, support analytics integration, enforce data quality, and follow Agile DevOps practices with CI/CD and IaC.

Work with trading, operations, and reporting teams to identify and prioritize data quality and operational issues. Build SQL/Python-based data solutions and dashboards, perform root-cause analyses, implement fixes, and support scaling and documentation while aligning to controls and stakeholder requirements.
