Supports technology and operational relationships with key customers by researching inquiries, contributing to integrated solution delivery, analyzing project performance, preparing reports and presentations, and coordinating with Product, Technology, delivery, and support teams. The role develops customer relationships, helps identify needs and opportunities, supports business planning and operational reviews, and participates in Mastercard’s Launch graduate development program.
