Key Responsibilities
- Collects environmental, social, governance and financial data required for different sustainability reports and assessments.
- Conducts data analysis to identify progress made, trends and opportunities.
- Ensures that all invoices are submitted and uploaded monthly. Ensure all data related to emissions sources are entered.
- Verifies data provided by different business units and regions for accuracy, consistency, alignment with formats, and that standards and guidelines are followed.
- Works closely with account managers, product managers and EH&S employees to collect required data to run scenario analyses to answer our customers questions and help them select packaging products and services with the least environmental impact.
- Calculates the carbon footprint of the portfolio of products.
- Coordinates the development of any marketing materials.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
- Typically possesses a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 4-6 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge and Skills
- Solid knowledge of relevant safety regulations.
- Ability to identify unsafe work practices and/or able to recognize processes subject to safety/environmental regulations.
- Takes an analytical approach to complex issues and problem solving.
- Demonstrated ability to train and coach colleagues on issues relating to EH&S.
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software and Internet research.
