Role and Responsibilities
Assists the workshop manager by performing the following duties.
Job Description
● Compiles records and reports.
● Records orders for merchandise or service.
● Prepares, issues and sends out receipts, bills, policies, invoices, statements and checks.
● Receives, counts and pays out cash.
● Opens and routes incoming mail, answers correspondence and prepares outgoing mail.
● Purchases supplies.
● Computes customer bills.
● Receives cash, checks and credit card payments from customers; records amount received.
● Makes change and issues receipts to customers.
● Maintain service branch’s operational documentations in an organized manner, with proper
filing and recording for future audit purposes.
● Ensure all documentations, invoices, bills, receipts are accurate and processing for
management’s approval.
● Timely preparation of various reports and organized in keeping documentations and records of
branch’s operations.
● Responsible for daily administrative tasks.
● Any other ad-hoc assignment being assigned by superior.
Requirements
Qualifications and Education Requirements
● At least one year administrative experience in an automotive warehouse, repair center, dealership, or similar facility is highly preferred.
