The Workforce Analytics Consultant develops workforce analytics and reports to aid human capital management, requiring creativity and data-driven decision-making.

What you will do
- The Workforce Analytics Consultant is responsible for the development and delivery of workforce analytics, scorecards/dashboards or reports to assist the organization with decisions regarding human capital management. This position is responsible for delivering data, both real-time as well as forecasted data that will assist with workforce planning and driving business outcomes by using data to influence decisions. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected in order to be successful in this position.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field; Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum five (5) years’ experience in an analytical role
- Strong experience working with Workday Adaptive Planning
- Experience with data analysis, data visualization, forecasting and modeling
- Experience with SQL, or similar language preferred
- Experience in Workforce Planning, Workforce Management, People Analytics or working with HR/organizational people data systems preferred
- Consideration may be given to internal candidates not meeting the minimum qualifications
- Workday Experience is decisive
