What We'll Bring:
Workday Integration Specialist
4+ years of experience working and building integrations with Workday HCM in a professional, fast-paced environment.
Experience in maintaining inbound/outbound Workday HCM integrations to internal and third-party vendors including payroll and benefit providers.
Strong Workday knowledge and integration skills with Workday setup using Studio, BIRT, Core Connectors, EIBs, Web Services, and REST APIs.
Experience with XML and XSLT.
Ability to integrate applications via web service APIs - SOAP and REST.
Strong experience in building and maintaining calculated fields in Workday.
Lead as a technical expert gathering requirements, design, development, testing through deployment.
Design, build, and test reports in Workday functional areas such as Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, etc.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to pivot in a fast-paced global environment.
Report writing skills in building reports in various types (Advanced, Matrix, Dashboard, etc).
Experience with bi-directional Active Directory integrations. Experience with bi-directional Active Directory integrations.
Experience managing security for Workday is preferred.
Power BI Knowledge
As a Workday Consultant you will be responsible for the day-to-day support and troubleshooting of Workday Integrations with various internal and external vendors. You will be analyzing and responding to customer inquiries and collaborating with your teammates. This role will allow you to participate in project work, Workday releases, and enhance your knowledge across the HR Platform. You will have the opportunity to work with a great team in a fast-paced environment, with the opportunity to increase your knowledge and skill set
