As a Web Analytics Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing and managing web analytics tools, gathering and analysing data, and providing insights to improve our data products & overall product adoption. Joining our growing Data Insights & Analytics team, you will work closely with our marketing, product, and development teams to ensure data accuracy, optimize data-driven business decisions for both Sana as well as our customers.

Job Description

What you'll be doing:

  • Configure and maintain web analytics tools and develop & maintain actionable dashboards and reports.
  • Collect and validate web traffic and conversion data.
  • Integrate analytics data with other data sources for comprehensive analysis.
  • Analyze web traffic patterns, user behaviors, and product performance.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve user engagement and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to define key metrics and KPIs.
  • Assist analysts to pull the right data from the warehouse for visualization purposes.
  • Identify and troubleshoot data collection and reporting issues.
  • Support product teams in conducting A/B testing and other optimization experiments.

Qualifications

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Web Analytics Engineering or a comparable role.
  • Strong proficiency in web analytics tools (Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics, preferably PiwikPro).
  • Proficient with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker Studio etc., preferably Power BI & DAX).
  • Familiar with HTML/JavaScript and related web technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Experience with conversion rate optimization is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
