Senior technology risk leader responsible for overseeing technology risk management, policy enforcement, KRIs/KCIs, vendor risk, audits, RCSA, and regulatory reporting. Provides risk assessments and actionable mitigation recommendations to senior management, manages technology risk forums and reviews, and collaborates with IT, Legal & Compliance to drive remediation and improve IT risk posture.
Job Summary

To meet the challenges arising from the ever-evolving technological advancements and increasing sophistication and demands of customers, this role ensures robust oversight of technology risk, drives compliance with internal policies and external regulatory obligations, and provides strategic guidance to senior leadership on emerging technology risks.
- As a member of the Technology Risk Management team, you will oversee a portfolio of technology risk management activities (includes participating in any technology risk management related initiatives), with a focus on:
- Policy/Standard/Guide enforcement validation
- Manage Technology Risk, Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and Key Controls Indicators (KCIs)
- Collaborate with Legal & Compliance on Technology Regulatory Reporting
- Perform annual risk attestation
- Review risk approvals
- Vendor risk management
- Audit Management
- Perform annual Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) based Technology Risk Controls Library
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide risk assessment and advisory as required:
- Provide actionable recommendations to senior management for risk mitigation.
- Perform risk reviews, provide risk opinion and ensure proper approvals and documentations
- Ensure compliance to policies/standards/regulatory requirements
- Responsible for risk monitoring and the closure of risk, arising from internal and external reviews/audits, including regulator inspection reviews.
- Engage and collaborate with technology stakeholders to proactively identify risks at a detailed and technical level and ensure that IT is effectively driving remediation activities and to continuously improve IT risk posture.
- Governance Oversight: Hold end-to-end accountability for the secretariat function of senior technology risk forums. Manage agenda, material coordination, quality assurance, minute-taking, and action tracking.
- Manage internal and external technology reviews/audits
- Drive Technology Risk initiatives
Job Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience preferably with exposure on technology risk management
- Ability to think strategically and align technology and/or cyber risk and broader operational risk management with organizational goals and regulatory obligations
- Excellent organizational, problem solving, interpersonal and operating skills to effectively drive the IT risk agenda with IT functions.
- Strong communication skills at all levels, able to effectively communicate with IT and senior management, as well as line staff to drive IT risk mitigation initiatives and other IT risk management related areas.
- Demonstrate experience in identifying, assessing and advising on technology risks.
- Good technical competencies and exposure to IT application or infrastructure development, support and management.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills

Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor / Master's in Computer Science, or related field.
- Certifications (Required): CISA, CISSP, CRISC, CISM, or equivalent.
