Integrating operational efficiency with innovation has enabled us to reimagine customer and employee experiences, and drive new ways of working – keeping DBS agile, productive, and future-ready.Key AccountabilitiesGather and drive business requirements from Wealth Management Ops, representing the function in project/initiative in Discovery, Design, Develop and Deploy stages.Accountable for delivering projects on schedule, within scope, and on budget, while achieving agreed-upon value and benefits realization.Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to identify process bottlenecks; assess and develop new technology solutions for use cases.Develop, maintain, and own the tracker for all productivity saving initiatives (e.g., FTE reduction, vendor re-negotiation, process automation).Mentor junior team members on system-agnostic project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) to drive projects independently.Job Duties & responsibilities
- Partner regional and location Wealth Management stakeholders to co-create project Book of Work for the year’s delivery.
- Collaborate with Product, Business, and Technology teams to establish shared project timelines and optimize resource capacity.
- Manage both tech dependent and process improvement initiatives such as system enhancements, process redesign, data migration, Robotic Process Automation and AI deployment.
- Develop and execute UAT test cases for applicable projects, ensuring completion within timelines.
- Lead the team in supporting Wealth Management Operations users for post project system issues and tracking fixes.
- Conceptualize, collate and analyze data for business support reporting and thematic project review with senior management members.
- Document as-is and to-be processes and conduct training for external and internal users as part of change management.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management, Agile methodologies, and managing technical dependencies and/or Private Banking / Wealth Management Operations processes and related products.
- Good understanding of banking terminology, products and operational processes.
- Working knowledge of Agile management tools like JIRA or Confluence to track velocity and manage backlogs.
- Track record of building, leading, and motivating high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
