Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- The role will cover Credit and Collections.
- Analyze data independently to deliver insights on credit and collections performance and proactively drive improvements.
- Investigate key problem areas and findings by performing further portfolio analysis, corroborating quantitative and qualitative findings.
- Effectively plan and collaborate with the regional credit teams on all initiatives to solve any portfolio issues.
- Collaborate with data-focused and operations teams across the organization to solve problems, develop solutions and share insights.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of the overall risk framework in line with defined roadmaps and risk appetite.
- Keep current on various risk trends and technology trends that might affect the Business Banking segment
- Ensure that the on-going tracking, monitoring and reporting of the various country portfolio metrics, decision systems and models are clear and accurate with understandable visualizations, dashboards and reports
- Support the overall risk team and segment in various initiatives and ad-hoc projects as required.
Job Requirements
- Strong understanding of the Business Banking / SME segment.
- Results oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment requiring prioritization and ownership
- Confident communicator with the ability to interact at all levels, including working closely with regional and cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in using MS Office, SaS.
- Knowledge of other programming languages and visualization software like R, Python, Qlik etc. will be a plus.
- Aptitude to identify new ways to approach risk management and to think creatively
