Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will provide forward-looking insights, challenge assumptions, and translate complex data into clear narratives to support decisions at ExCo and Group COO forums.
Responsibilities

  • Executive reporting, forums & governance
    • Own the development of ExCo/Group COO-level decks, strategic reviews, and business updates—ensuring messaging is crisp, fact-based, and decision-oriented.
    • Drive action tracking from executive forums—capturing decisions, translating them into clear follow-ups, and ensuring closure across stakeholders.
    • Translate complex financial and operational data into compelling storylines for senior leadership—tailoring depth and framing for different audiences.
  • Delivery excellence
    • Ensure consistency, quality, and timeliness of all performance materials, analysis, and executive communications; enforce version control and narrative coherence.
    • Continuously improve reporting processes and templates to reduce manual effort, strengthen controls, and sharpen insights to support faster, better decisions.
    • Operate with high ownership and pace—anticipating asks, managing tight timelines, and maintaining attention to detail under pressure.
