Lead digital engagement and bancassurance product campaigns end-to-end: define segmented promotions, execute and track marketing activities, generate leads, analyze performance and P&L, forecast and report to senior management, manage stakeholders and partners, and handle operational/ad-hoc campaign tasks.
Responsibilities
- Customer engagement
- Develop segmented customer promotions strategy and determine customer promotions for the respective segments
- Spearhead and execute new activities to grow the business and generate leads for subsequent engagement
- Lead negotiations internally and externally to secure resources and budget for the team
- Ensure each event is delivered on time and in accordance with critical deadlines, approvals, and coordination timelines
- Marketing execution
- Execute your planned campaigns from end-to-end. Work with internal and external stakeholders on securing marketing channels, producing campaign visuals, crafting marketing copy and selecting the leads criteria for your campaign
- Experiment with different copies and visuals
- Campaign tracking and iteration
- Track website traffic and the performance of campaigns. With the data, hypothesise, make tweaks and iterate
- Monitor paid marketing campaign statistics. Flag areas which need improvement and follow-up closely with Performance Marketing team and our external agency
- Grow online-to-offline channel
- Data analyses and management
- Drive and hold accountability for the Profit & Loss targets to achieve our DBS General Insurance and Digital Insurance targets
- Collaborate with Business Analytics to analyse performance of the key business drivers and levers
- Recommend next steps and lead the team to iterate for better performance
- Attend to requests for data and submit explanations for business performance
- Business forecasting and reporting
- Lead business forecasting and target setting
- Prepare business forecasts and presentation materials for senior management and reviews with insurance partners
- Update senior management on General and Digital Insurance business via monthly reporting forums
- Ad-hoc duties
- Involvement in special projects or other ad-hoc tasks
- Operational and administrative matters related to campaign setup and fulfilment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
- Strong written skills and a keen eye for detail
- Prior experience in insurance and marketing will be a plus
- Strong stakeholder management skills and presentation skills for senior mgmt. reporting
- Strong ability to communicate clearly in meetings, emails and presentation decks
- Team player with good organisational and interpersonal skills
- Able to be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organise and prioritise work
- Strong in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
