Lead development of cost/benefit methodologies and ROI projections for AI agents; quantify productivity gains and cost reductions; design hybrid human–AI workforce models; redefine job structures, performance management, and incentives to optimize AI-human collaboration; partner with LOBs and HR for adoption and workflow redesign.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement robust methodologies for conducting cost/benefit analyses of AI agents and automation solutions.
- Quantify productivity gains and cost reductions achieved through the implementation of AI agents.
- Provide data-backed assessments of implementation costs, ROI projections, and actionable metrics for success.
- Collaborate with LOBTs to define clear success metrics and adoption plans for AI solutions.
- Design and implement resource models that effectively integrate human employees and AI agents into hybrid teams.
- Work with HR and business leaders to re-imagine workflows with an "AI first" approach, optimizing human-agent collaboration.
- Ensure that job structures and roles evolve to reflect the new dynamics of a human-agent hybrid workforce, recognizing roles that combine traditional human skills with agent management.
- Develop frameworks for performance management and incentive structures that reward effective collaboration with AI agents and innovation in hybrid workflows
Requirements
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of AI/GenAI/Agentic AI technologies, including LLMs, context engineering, RAG, and agent frameworks, MCP.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting cost-benefit analyses and developing ROI projections for technology initiatives, specifically AI and automation.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management in the context of AI adoption and hybrid teams is highly desirable.
- Banking or financial industry, both East/West experience would be a plus.
