We are seeking a hands-on IT Support Analyst responsible for direct technical support to the CEO, executive team, and their family members. This role involves personally managing personal devices and complicated IT infrastructures for 5+ private residences and 5+ offices across EMEA. Immediate-response professional with frequent, short-notice international travel required.
The main goal is to always ensure continuous and perfect functioning of the working environment of the CEO in different places and conditions. Candidate must proactively document all potential operational scenarios, regularly validate their functionality, and guarantee seamless performance following any hardware, software, or configuration changes.
Key Responsibilities
- Full IT setup and maintenance of complicated office spaces (laptops, tablets, monitors, AV equipment, Zoom rooms, secure internet connectivity, device interoperability, covering other occurring/possibly occurring issues) in different environments: private residences, offices, hotels, cars, boats and yachts.
- Provide on-demand IT support to VIP family members on personal devices or home offices.
- Resolve hardware, software, connectivity, and general maintenance issues personally, including minor home repairs, furniture assembly, relocation, and installation tasks
- Expert support for Microsoft 365, Teams, Zoom, Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
- Directly handle and manage all house/office devices, license and subscriptions management. Regular, proactive updates and replacements of hardware, software, and licenses.
- Ensure robust, reliable IT connectivity and device setup during executive business trips and vacations
- Perform hands-on Installation, troubleshooting, and repair of desktops, laptops, peripherals, and video conferencing equipment; proactive testing prior to executive meetings and events
- Proactively update and replace software, hardware, and licenses to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Monitor and maintain robust cybersecurity practices custom-tailored for users, including endpoint protection, firewalls, antimalware tools, and secure VPN configurations.
- Detailed documentation of issue resolutions, configurations, and operational deviations.
- Ad-Hoc creative tasks (eg. Assistance with tech due diligence and intelligence for VC investments.)
- 24/7 flexibility and availability for urgent or off-hours executive support
Travel Requirements
- Valid passport with the ability to travel frequently is required
- Frequent travels to Singapore, Turkey, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Serbia, Bulgaria to ensure proper IT setup for 5+ houses, 6+ office locations.
- Ability to travel on a short notice and on demand for urgent or scheduled IT tasks such as office/housing full IT setup.
Professional Qualifications
- Demonstrated hands-on experience in an IT support role, ideally supporting VIP/executive-level users directly.
- Practical experience performing tasks independently, minimizing reliance on external contractors unless managing larger-scale projects.
- Solid understanding of Windows, macOS, iOS, Microsoft 365, Teams, Zoom, and related enterprise solutions.
- Proficiency with network technologies , backup and recovery, and endpoint security tools.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving hardware/software issues with desktops, laptops, peripherals, and AV equipment.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism in all interactions.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple requests with competing deadlines.
