Join us as the Vietnam Treasury Services Product Head, where you will drive innovation and execution in product development and commercialization. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in Cash Management and Trade Financing to make a significant impact.
As the Vietnam Treasury Services Product Head with the Payments organization, you will be responsible for product development and commercialization execution. We are looking for a seasoned Cash Management professional with proven track record in competitive landscape, product development, new systems rollout and client solutioning; your knowledge and experience in Trade Financing and Working Capital will be a strong differentiator. You should possess deep experience in partnering with Operations and Technology and engaging with Compliance and Legal.
You will report to the ASEAN Treasury Services Product Head based in Singapore, and work closely with Coverage and Sales on client strategy, product roadmap and system resiliency. In addition, you will be required to front regulatory bodies and participate in industry-led initiatives from time-to-time.

Job Responsibilities
- Drive and execute the product commercialization agenda; the ability to understand and assess market, macro-economic and regulatory dynamics will be critical.
- Lead and manage local product development, compliance with regulatory requirements and strong understanding of controls and governance.
- Partner with Coverage, Sales and Solutions Specialists in solutioning, risk-assessment, pitching and executing client mandates.
- Partner closely with Finance, Legal and Risk functional colleagues to ensure product delivery is seamless and can be adapted to meet bespoke client needs.
- Support regional stakeholders on product strategy and management related tasks including, product build-out and new booking locations and jurisdictions.
- Lead country stakeholders on enhancing controls, system resiliency and governance.
- Participate in industry initiatives and engage with regulatory bodies.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Banking or other related disciplines.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Cash Management Product.
- Track record in client solutioning and supporting request-for-proposal process.
- Track record in technology investments and business cases.
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders across Coverage, Sales, Service, Operations and Technology with strong influencing skills.
- Ability to front regulatory bodies and participate/ lead industry-wide initiative.
- At least 5 years of managerial experience.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- Experience on Agile product development.
- Ability to navigate a global/ matrix organization set-up.
- Track record of leading/ executing initiatives relating to career development, diversity & inclusion, and employee engagement will be a bonus.
