Purpose of the role

Enhance Securitization product capabilities and expertise within MUFG’s Asian Investment Banking Division.

  • Support the development and execution of a robust product business plan.

  • Enhance current customer experience and outcomes whilst achieving required revenue and return targets.

  • Work with relationship managers to establish new customer relationships that drive and enable growth of the portfolio.

  • Provide input into and lead product development within MUFG risk tolerance levels.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and expand the Securitization business, with accountability for financial, credit and portfolio performance within the Securitization portfolio.

  • Achieve profit and KPI target whilst managing risk - communicate directly with external parties including customers, RMs, and other parties to drive transactions from start to finish.

  • Enhance collaboration with RMs and strengthen relationship with clients as Product Officer.

  • Build and influence relevant stakeholders (both internal and external). Train and strengthen the capability of younger team members to build up the team capability.

  • Ensure team’s compliance with all regulations and guidelines.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 Years of experience in structured finance (preferred) or corporate banking, along with 3 years in securitization

  • Experience in portfolio management

  • MS Office Skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint

  • Attention to detail and resilience

  • Bachelor’s Degree
