Job Description:

Global and/or Regional Operations efficiency initiatives roll-out & implementations in Asia branches (excl. Japan and China), Operations flow/process designing

Operations Incident Management, Operations risk and control
-
Responsible for the regional operations business management and reporting.

Collaboration and coordination between the branch operations team and the main headquarters located in Tokyo
Job Requirements:
-
Minimum 7 years of experience in Banking Operations and products such as Deposit, Remittance, Trade Finance, Loans and Treasury back office.

Experience in product office and/or client management department.
-
Experience in Business process re-engineering with regional exposure.

Strong stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively
-
Good communication skills with ability to influence others and promote & drive initiatives
-
Strong project management skills, to monitor and manage multiple regional projects on time and within budget.

Proven experience in Banking Operations with a good understanding of products such as Deposit, Remittance, Trade Finance, Loans and Treasury back office

Good understanding of local relevant regulations
-
Good analytical skills to interpret data sets
-
Good organisation skills with attention to detail
-
Strong PC skills (MS Office)
-
Preferably japanese speaking to communicate and initiate the discussion with stakeholders in the branch operations team and main headquarters located in Tokyo using technical terms in operations and system of banking business
