We’re seeking a future team member for the role of VP, Production Services Infrastructure Support to join our APAC Engineering Networks team. This role is located in Singapore.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Cisco ACI Design, Implement and manage:
- Design, plan, and implement Cisco ACI solutions based on business requirements.
- Configure and deploy ACI fabrics, policies, and application profiles.
- Network Troubleshooting and Support: Provide advanced-level support for network-related issues, including ACI-related incidents.
- Cisco SDWAN Design, Implement and manage:
- Design, plan, and implement Cisco SDWAN solutions based on business requirements.
- Configure and deploy SDWAN vManage / vSmart, vBond and relevant policies.
- Communicating and collaborating with key global technology teams, ensuring that best practices and standards are agreed at a global level and deployed regionally for all initiatives.
- Provide knowledge transfer and technical training to other team members to elevate and improve their technical knowledge and application of skills across a range of relevant services.
- Provide coverage for a standard weekday shift from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, with additional overtime and weekend work as necessary.
