What You’ll Be Doing

As a Vehicle Logistics Assistant, you’ll be responsible for preparing and maintaining vehicles to ensure they are clean, ready, and properly coordinated for showroom display, events, test drives, and new car delivery.

  • Get vehicles ready for marketing events (cleaning, polishing, fuel/charging)
  • Ensure cars are fully prepared and presentable before handover
  • Install event car plates and perform basic checks
  • Keep display cars clean, polished, and showroom-ready
  • Position vehicles neatly and ensure labels are correctly placed
  • Maintain and monitor charging systems for EVs
  • Support daily showroom operations and setup
  • Ensure vehicles are ready, charged, and in great condition for customers
  • Fix plates and maintain proper labels
  • Flag any issues promptly
  • Assist with inspections, movement, and basic setup of new vehicles
  • Work closely with Sales Consultants on new car delivery to ensure smooth delivery process
  • Attend to adhoc task assigned by supervisor

Who We’re Looking For

  • This is a 12-Month Contract position
  • GCE “O” Level and above (or equivalent)
  • Possess valid Class 3 driving license
  • Minimum 3 Years experience in logistic role (automotive industry experience is a plus)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Adaptable to fast-paced environment, strong intercommunication skill
