About the Role
As a UX/UI Designer, you’ll play a critical role in elevating user experience for our client’s digital applications. You will leverage your design expertise to craft intuitive interfaces and seamless user journeys, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to enhance and refine digital products.
Responsibilities
- Design user-centered interfaces that align with client objectives and brand identity
- Conduct user research to inform and validate design decisions
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to implement designs effectively
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile experiences
- Continuously refine designs based on feedback and user testing
- Maintain design consistency across all projects by adhering to brand standards and guidelines
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design or a related field
- Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar platforms
- A deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects
- Solid knowledge of responsive and adaptive design best practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to thrive in a fully remote work environment within EST, CST, or PST time zones
